What are my opitons for batteries now that Neato is out of business? My old XV did not like aftermarket high mah batterys so when I replaced it with the D80 I only used the facotry ones. I’m glad to hear your Neato is working again. I also just noticed that they updated there website which is now much better then before as the support info was under so many pages to get to. I even made a backup of every Neato manual (from regulations to user manuals) and some other support info

First off, welcome to roboteviews!
Second, try cleaning the front of the base and robot. Is the base on hard floor and has room to the sides?

Have you tried calling/emailing iRobot support?
