May 21. (Ahh!)

Post by bhylak »

Zombies? Earthquakes? Floods? No more good toasted bread? Just a little topic about May 21 so we can laugh about it the 22. What do you guys expect to happen?

I have one quick observation from the site. First, lets start off that Jesus was 33 years old. Originally, it was thought jesus was born the year 0 so that would place is death at 33 A.D., but further testing determined he was most likely born 7 B.C, which is on the official website of the May 21 rapture. However, they have jesus's death still as 33 A.D. That would make him 40 years old... What? Who messed up those calculations? Am I missing something?

So really, this whole May 21 thing really happened 2004. (The day shrek 2 came out, a quick google search tells me.) This, however, is interesting: http://www.cloudbait.com/science/fireball20040521.html

Any thoughts?

I think....that the world will end because all of the roombas will join together, and take over the world by shooting laser beams out of the round virtual wall things on top of there bumpers. I think they are all ready preparing. because today, my 510 did something that seemed to be a little more intelligent than normal, when it was cleaning my living room, it very methodically cleaned, going around the edge of the room, then cleaning the inside part in a way were it quit clearly got almost every spot only once.

the weirdest thing was that when it went around the edge of the room, most of the time it did not bump into any thing, even when it went around corners, and when it carefully went around the two couches and the tables, it did not use its bumper to sense the corners. honestly, I am not making this up, It was like it could see with out the bumper.
I have not run my 440 today, but I would bet that it would do the same.

also, If they use the little bumper disk to shoot people, than what will the new scooba 230 do? and couldn't the roombas use the light houses, virtual walls, and docks as remote turrets as well? and what about the Neato, it might use its Lidar thing as a machine gun laser sort of thing

I think from this we can conclude, that we should all take the battery out of our roombas, virtual walls, and lighthouses, and make sure to unplug the docks, and all other robotic things, or else we might all get killed!

The reason the 700 series costs so much is they are actually transformers that will take over the world. 400 and 500 series will serve them and kill all sinners by bumping them to death. Talk about slow torture!

Neatos will be raptured, the only thing left behind will be dustbins since heaven doesn't need to be vacuumed.

That's strange, my reds just started up even though I did not schedule them..... :help:

Sucks for you sageman. I'm being raptured right now so later.

Bumped to death? That would be a painful death. Vic7767 should have spent less time getting into Diagnostics mode and more time learning how to get them in and out of transformer mode.

Seriously though, this is the first sunny day in the past week... Strange? Tomorrow the rain returns. Anyway, the earthquakes should have already started in China, so we're fine...

Judging by the fact that most members here still appear to be alive, I'd say one of three things have happened:

1 - Heaven, as it turns out, is not so different to normal life (but I still have to work tomorrow - am I actually in hell?)

2 - The world didn't end. So god, or jesus, or the Christ family, had a change of heart and signed up for another tour of duty.

3 - As requested above, everyone removed the batteries from their robot vacs.

I can't see either 1 or 2 being the answer, so I gratefully thank all board members for their quick thinking in averting this disaster.

Last night I was in my basement for a while because there were some bad tornadoes and storms and stuff here, On the radio I took down stairs I heard them say "funnel cloud spotted near the intersection of insert street names here", and were they said was right next to my house, I was like "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah"

but then it turned out it went away and did not turn into a tornado, but it was close.
