iRobot Braava Jet m6 Won't Respond

Hello everyone,

I recently bought a used Braava Jet m6, and I have some problems that I hope someone can help with. Here’s what’s happening:

1. Not responding:
When I put the robot on the home base charging dock, for a few seconds it lights up white and spins and then it stops. When I press the "Clean" button, the robot doesn't respond. The same for all the other buttons.
2. **FIXED** Bumper is kind of blocked?
I turned the robot over and there seems to be a metal piece up and to the right of the down arrow that blocks the bumper from going in towards the robot body properly. The rest of the bumper moves, just not that part.

The wheels are not jammed and I already tried holding Clean for 30 seconds.

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated!!

How it works, if robot is fine :

Put robot to base
The light starts swirling around 30-60 seconds or more up to 2 minutes (software is loading up )
So , after the light stops swirling around robot enters into charging state mode. Sometimes there is no lights , looks like dead , and if battery is dead it will not work to press clean button

But you can pair with the app IOS or Android

After you install the app , you get more info about the robot state or errors
