I haven’t named it yet, but it’s becoming a member of the family! I had no idea how much dog fur gets shed daily. I am running this toy every day. I rated a bit less for design because it looks like a giant Duracell battery. I rated it a bit less for value because it seemed kind of over the top. If I ever read the annual and find out all it can do, I may change my mind.

Great suction. I have had this unit for two days and I am still working out the bugs.
It is amazing technology and has navigated our house very well.
It hung up on some hallway rugs the second that it didn’t the first and got stuck in a small space.
So I am working out the things to make it navigate better. I thought it was to return to the place it left off when recharging but I haven’t read all of the instructions yet. (It’s a guy thing)

The only thing it does good is a vacuum part, the rest- unacceptable. I will send it to service center. I have several problems:
• I have a lot of area rugs. Often it does not want to get on the top of rug and turns around, but other times it does not seems to be a problem.
• Sometimes it turns itself off in the middle of the cycle not being fully loaded.
• It seems to be able to find HOME only if I bring it to 5-7 feet close to it. I have tried with and without remote control.
• Sometimes it would start moving in all directions short distance (+/- 1 foot) in the middle of the rug and then goes off.

High Quality Product here, well worth the money. My husband purchased the Samsung Robotic vacuum for mothers day. It is what I wanted, so it’s mothers Day everyday for me. I don’t have to hurt my back dragging the sweeper out. It is not like other Robotic Vacuum’s. The charge/ battery I wish would last longer although it sweeper SUPER GREAT. Gets ALL the dog hair and sand brought from outside. This Samsung is By Far the “BEST” Robotic Vacuum. Thank you to Samsung and my husband for buying for me.
